- Each Peer Coaching will be 4 total sessions (1 chemistry and 3 coaching sessions). Sessions will be max 60 min and the chemistry session will be 30 min.
- The system will match the peers automatically based on their preferred languages, coaching hours, titles, and available schedules.
- All the coaches in the system agreed to give coaching and to be coached.
- The sessions should be done by the link send by the system to upload on your session log.
- Peers will act and review their coaches according to the following ICF coaching competencies and code of conduct.PDF-1
PDF-2 - All the information shared during the sessions will be confidential between peers and cannot be recorded without permission between two peers.
- If any certification assessment recording is required, agreement for recording should be reached with peers at the beginning of the session.
- Sessions will be done weekly/bi-weekly.
- Each peer has unlimited matching requests provided if she/he maintains the give-take balance in coaching sessions.
- If peers cannot complete all 4 sessions. The system will show it as uncompleted sessions on the log.

- What is Peer Coaching?
Peer coaching is a structured relationship between two or more individuals who support each other in achieving personal or professional goals. Unlike traditional coaching, where one person is the “expert” and the other is the “learner,” peer coaching is built on mutual learning and shared experiences. Participants act as both the coach and the coachee, exchanging insights, challenges, and strategies to help each other grow.
- Do I need to do the sessions in the system?
You have to create a log book in the system in order to use your coaching hours as paid.
- Does the system record our sessions?
According to the laws, the system has no access to any sessions.
- Can we record the coaching sessions?
You can ask your peer to record the session. If you both agree, you can record it. Otherwise, any session is not allowed to be recorded and used.
- Can I use these coaching hours as paid sessions?
As long as there is a balance of giving and receiving coaching numbers, you can use your coaching hours as paid coaching hours.
