Our Founder
For more than two decades, I have lived, worked, and built my life across cultures, from Turkey to Switzerland, Italy, Germany, and beyond. Each move brought opportunity, growth, and challenge. I experienced firsthand what it means to constantly rebuild: identity, confidence, community, and direction.
Before becoming a coach, I spent over 15 years in international marketing, communication, and brand leadership, working with global companies and managing high-level projects, teams, and stakeholders. I understood performance, pressure, strategy, and success. But I also saw something deeper: even the most accomplished people often feel disconnected from their true potential.
That realization changed everything.

From Experience to Purpose
My journey into coaching began in 2015, when I trained with Adler International Coaching School and later became an ICF-accredited (ACC) coach. What started as professional curiosity quickly became purpose.
I began working with executives, leaders, entrepreneurs, and individuals across cultures, helping them navigate transition, redefine success, and reconnect with who they truly are. Over time, I coached clients from Europe, North America, and beyond, witnessing a recurring pattern:
Talent was never the problem. Access, visibility, and the right support were.
So many exceptional coaches struggled to build sustainable practices. So many individuals struggled to find the right coach, someone who truly understood them.
That gap is what led to the creation of Link2Coaching.
My Philosphy
I believe that success is not defined by titles or achievements but by who we become in the process.
Each person carries a unique potential waiting to be unlocked. Coaching is not about giving answers; it is about creating awareness, clarity, and courageous action.
My role and the role of Link2Coaching is to support that transformation.
“We all have our own unique journey. What truly matters is not where we arrive, but who we become along the way.”
