Support Coaching Students During Their Education and Beyond Graduation
Coaching education is the beginning. Practice is the bridge to confidence. Link2Coaching is a continuous coaching practice platform that helps coaching students keep practicing, connecting, receiving feedback, and building professional confidence throughout their program and after graduation.
Why coaching schools need a practice layer
Most programs teach models, ethics, and observed sessions. Then the built-in practice partners disappear. Graduates know the map and still freeze in real conversations. Universities that add structured peer practice give students a place to turn theory into skill.
What Link2Coaching offers education partners
- Global peer matching by language, schedule, and coaching focus
- Unlimited peer coaching sessions during and after the program
- Session logging for practice hours
- Feedback and reflection as part of the practice rhythm
- A community that continues after graduation
This is the practice layer beside your curriculum — not a replacement for it. Built for coaching students and graduates.

FAQ
How can universities use Link2Coaching?
As a practice community alongside your program: students match with peers, hold sessions, give feedback, and log hours during training and after graduation.
Does this replace coaching education?
No. Education teaches the craft. Link2Coaching is where students practice it continuously.
Can peer practice hours be used for ICF credentials?
Peer practice is valuable development. ICF typically does not count informal peer practice as paid or pro bono client hours. Follow current ICF rules and log eligible hours separately.
